The blending of social classes without awkwardness makes me believe that we can care for our communities in respectful ways and carry forward the heritage of hospitality the Luby family created for Texans over 75 years ago.

A 15 min meditation I designed for the Luby’s Leadership team to kick off their 2022 planning meeting.

I’m thankful to be leading two meditations this afternoon in collaboration with my dear friends, Susan Rothman and Beth Swanson. We have paired the flow of Beth’s brush strokes, Susan’s wellness enthusiasm with my love of guiding creative conscious.

I read it almost in one sitting. A few days later I read it again. At this point there are more sentences underlined then there are not. Was it just that I was more receptive to the words at this point in my life?
